The key resume item that most do not take advantage of is to tailor
the resume to the wants of the prospective employer.

With the ability to cut and paste on a computer this strategy is a
no brainer. Yet many send out the same resume to a variety of jobs.

The other day I came across a job hunter who sent in over an eight month
period the same resume to over 500 prospective jobs. Guess what
results he had. Less than 10 interviews and no job.
